If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days as long as the product has not been used, and is in its original "new" condition. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of a purchase. All returns must be received within 30 days of original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed with in 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping and in some rare cases a restocking fee. All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges. We do not accept returns on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. DO NOT SHARPEN ANY ICE SKATE. SHARPENED SKATES ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

To return items please follow these steps:

1. Please put the item back in its original package, and include the copy of the packing slip for reference. For the protection of our customers we do not file any credit card numbers, so be sure to include a copy of your original order to ensure a timely refund.
